Jim is committed to co-vocational ministry, currently working as a department supervisor with Home Depot and Pastor of Online Disciple-making and Digital Resource Development with ViaCordis. He volunteers as shepherding pastor of a house-church in his home.
Somewhat a jack-of-all-trades, Jim has worked in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, retail, food services, technologies, education, and real estate investment, which has helped him to understand the challenges of discipleship in many fields. His heart is to see people become passionate God-followers and disciplers where God has planted them.
